Villa Eggares Naxos

The villa consists of two buildings, fully integrated into the natural landscape, which are connected by a wide, glass semi-outdoor corridor, where the common entrance of the buildings is located. The buildings can function as a unit, as one overall residence, or independently, as they can be isolated from one another.

Specifically:

In one building of the villa, there is a bedroom, a bathroom, a small kitchen as well as a very spacious living room with a sitting area. From the living room, there is a direct access to the marble covered courtyard pool area, the terrace and of course the rest of the surrounding area. The area of the pool is  suitable for many activities and uses.

The second building of the villa consists of two levels. On the ground floor there is a very large kitchen with dining area and an excellent elevated living room-office, with the possibility of conversion into a bedroom with a view of the pool and the surrounding area of the house. Internal stairs lead from the kitchen to the semi-basement bedroom and bathroom. The bedroom also has an independent entrance from the surrounding area and the pool.

The villa has a remaining construction area of 22 m2.

The villa is 7 km from Chora of Naxos and 9 km from the airport. The nearest beach is 2 km away.
